Our four programs of interior design and interior architecture study include:

Certificate Course

Designed for the beginning student whose main interest is in designing one's own home. The course explores residential design and touches on model home design and is avocational. Upon completion of the Certificate Course, the student will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Associate of Arts Degree
In Interior Design

Designed for the career-oriented student. Upon completion, the student is awarded an Associate of Arts Degree in Interior Design. The A.A. Degree in Interior Design is a prerequisite for the B.A. Degree in Interior Design Program and the credit units apply to the B.A. Degree in Interior Design.

Bachelor of Arts Degree
In Interior Design

Upon completion of this prestigious program, the student is awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design. Bachelor of Arts Degree Program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Education (CIDA).

Master of Interior
Architecture

The Master of Interior Architecture Degree Program is the highest degree offered by the Institute. The curriculum is an advanced level of learning promoting a higher standard of academia than the Bachelor's Program. Upon meeting the requirements to graduate, the student will be awarded a Master of Interior Architecture Degree.

The Avocational Certificate Course, the Associate of Arts in Interior Design, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design and Master of Interior Architecture Degree Programs are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools & Colleges. Bachelor Program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Education (CIDA). Interior Designers Institute is approved by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education, approval to operate means compliance with state standards as set forth by the Bureau.
